The Woodland Hills Warner Center Neighborhood Council Board Meets on Wednesday night at 6:30 pm at Warner Center Parks Bredlow Pavilion and hosts the Department of Plannings Code Studies Unit for a presentation on Planning Code Reform.
Michael O’Brien and Tom Rothmann of the Code Studies Unit are undertaking a comprehensive review of the Planning and Zoning Code to select certain provision that are in need of improvement. The complexity of this important document can make doing quality development more difficult, more expensive and it can result in projects that deviate from the community vision. This will be a great presentation.
Also on the agenda is a discussion of the Westfield Village development based on the Boardmember impressions and opinions of the proposed concepts and plans.
The WHWCNC Board meets at 6:30 pm on the third Wednesday of every month and the public is always invited.
Joyce Pearson, Chair of the Board, says “Come join us. We have great guests presenting on a variety of topics and I invite our friends and neighbors to join us in working together to make our community a great place to live and work.”
