Woodland Hills Warner Center NC Announces Open Board Seats

The Woodland Hills Warner Center Neighborhood Council is a representative body whose purpose is to represent the community in advising the City of Los Angeles, to represent the Community on quality of life issues and to work with the City of Los Angeles to ensure the effective delivery of services to the neighborhood.

In simpler terms, the NC is a group of volunteers from the neighborhood working together to make the Woodland Hills Warner Center neighborhood a great place to live and work.

There’s lot of work to be done, there are some opportunities to participate and the Board would love to have any interested members of the public join in, whether it’s working on special events such as the recent Community Forum or the upcoming Warner Center Specific Plan workshops, joining a committee such as the Public Safety or Community Services Committee or simply helping out at the Board meetings, greeting people and signing up new friends.

For more information, come by the next Board meeting and meet some of your neighbors let them know you’d like to help!
