Warner Center Specific Plan Update Underway

Woodland Hills Warner Center Neighborhood Council Chair Joyce Pearson took to the stage at the recent “Panel of Visionaries” Community Forum and announced to the community that the Warner Center Specific Plan Update process was officially underway. Urban Planner Pat Smith took to the stage and invited the neighborhood to join the Citizen’s Advisory Committee, the City of Los Angeles Leadership and The City Department of Planning in a community design process that is inclusive and designed to incorporate the vision and inspiration of all participants.

The primary objective of the Warner Center Specific Plan Workshops is to create a vision of Warner Center that reinforces its role as a great destination in the Los Angeles region and a great place to live and work.

The first workshop is on Thursday, July 24, 2008 from 5:30 pm to 8:30 pm and then again on Saturday, July 26, 2008 from 9:00 am to 12 noon. Join us at one or the other or both. Your input will shape the future of the neighborhood!
